In todays market lease renewals are becoming increasingly contentious with the parties positions becoming more polarised as a result of tenants wishing to drive costs down and landlords under a different set of pressures to maintain income flow and income levels.

Lease renewals can be instigated 12 months prior to the expiry date of the outgoing lease and so whoever we are acting for it is essential that we are instructed early to enable the correct advice to be given and a pro-active approach taken.
