Newbould Commercial recognises that Business Rates comprise a significant proportion of total occupancy costs. Prior to making an appeal we will look closely at the Valuation Officers Assessment and advise you as to whether there is any merit in making an Appeal if it isn't we will tell you. We will not charge you for making an appeal. Our fees are performance related.
