Arbitration / Independent Expert / Expert witness

In any dispute be it rent review or lease renewal a negotiated settlement is generally the best outcome for the parties. We recognise at Newbould Commercial that this is not always possible. This may be due to the intransigence of one or both of the parties or a genuine disagreement as to valuation approach.

At Newbould Commercial Gary Newbould has extensive experience in presenting cases to Arbitrator and Independent Experts where a negotiated settlement has not been possible. He is a practising Arbitrator and Independent Expert and has been on the RICS Presidents' Panel of Arbitrator and Independent Experts for the last seven years. At lease renewal Gary Newbould is able to act as Expert Witness in presenting cases to court or PACT and has acted as PACT Expert by consent of the parties.
